Strasburg Care Center is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid facility offering 38 skilled nursing beds and 6 basic care beds in a warm, supportive environment. We are proud to provide a full spectrum of resident-centered services designed to support each individual’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Every member of our care team-from nursing and dietary staff to activities coordinators and support services-shares a commitment to personalized care. We take the time to understand each resident’s background, preferences, and goals to ensure they receive care that feels truly meaningful and individualized.

Strasburg Care Center has proudly served the region for over 60 years, guided by our values of Service – Caring – Commitment. In addition to our skilled nursing services, we now offer Basic Care—a supportive living option designed for older adults who need assistance with daily life but do not require full-time medical care.

Located in South Central North Dakota, our facility provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents from across North and South Dakota. Whether someone is transitioning from independent living or simply needs a helping hand with day-to-day activities, our Basic Care program is built around dignity, respect, and personal choice.
